  1. To track your progress and remind yourself to complete your action steps, we recommend setting up email reminders.
  2. You can select whether you would like to receive email reminders daily, weekly, bi-monthly, or not at all.
  3. If there is anyone else that you would like to receive email reminders, you can add their email as well. This is completely optional.
  4. When you are finished, proceed to the next step.
